- Financial projections – The future is uncertain, but planning doesn’t have to be. Using a risk based approach and your historical data, I can provide an estimate in what future scenarios might look like.

- Risk Management – Business face all kinds of risks. If you haven’t done a risk assessment on your business, you could be positioning yourself for danger in the future. Whether you need a one time risk assessment or an ongoing risk management plan, I can tailor a solution that works for you.
Cost
CFO services are charged per hour at $250, rounded to the nearest quarter hour for actual work done unless otherwise specified in our engagement letter.
Typically CFO services would be provided in an ongoing capacity, as the insight a CFO at a large company provides is to assess, plan, execute and review. While I would be happy to perform a one time assessment or short term strategic planning assignment, this service typically involves and initial overall assessment of your greatest needs (30 minute meeting, 1.5 hours of research/planning and report compilation) and 1 hour of work per month after that (30 minute meeting, 30 minutes of research/planning and report compilation).
